Whenever you order a gift from Big Fat Balloons, we put in the best care, attention and effort to ensure your balloon gift looks stunning and arrives in perfect condition.
Unfortunately as helium filled balloons are perishable and personalised products we cannot accept returns on our balloon in a box deliveries (under the UK Distance Selling Regulations (2000)).
However, in exceptional circumstances we will offer a refund or a replacement for your order. If for any reason there was a problem with your order or your balloon gift arrived in poor condition, please contact us immediately through our fast response Help Desk.
Teddy bears, chocolates and other gifts
On all other complementary gifts ordered, such as teddy bears and chocolates, we offer a 7 day 'cooling off' period where you may decide to return the goods ordered, unused in their original packaging. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.
In the unusual circumstance that a product is delivered that is faulty or incorrect and you wish to return your order within 7 days of receipt, please contact us immediately through our fast response Help Desk.

We will investigate your complaint within 3 working days and wherever possible will try to resolve all complaints within 5 working days.
When you contact us to arrange a return you will be reminded of your order number (should the need be). This number should be clearly quoted on the returned package, and the package must be returned within a further 30 days of contacting Big Fat Balloons.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging, and in an unused condition.
