How do I shop online?

We have tried to make shopping at Big Fat Balloons as easy as possible for you. For your convenience our gift balloon site allows you to shop by:

• Occasion: select an occasion from the list on the left hand side of the home page or any other page. Alternatively visit our All Occasions page for a list of all occasions
• Product Search: we have developed a product finder which allows you to search by typing a relevant keyword in the search box

As you shop on the Big Fat Balloons site, you can add products to your shopping basket by clicking the 'Buy Now' buttons. Your shopping basket is visible on the right at all times. If you change your mind during your shop, you can remove or change the quantity of any product you have added by clicking on 'Edit Shopping Basket'.

How do I pay?

We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Visa Electron and Diners Club International.

All online payments are processed securely online using the Internet security payment provider Sage Pay, which ensures that all information is encrypted and all security measures are in place to ensure protection of your details.

Your card details are presented directly to our bank for clearance. Big Fat Balloons does not have access to your credit card details after your order is placed.

Do I have to pay online?

You can choose how to pay and don't have to enter your credit or debit card details on the website. You can also order by telephone or order by post.

How to order by phone

If you'd rather not place your order online, you can order over the phone.

Before you call, make a list of the product numbers of the items you want. The product numbers are shown on each product page.

Please note, to complete any credit card transactions we will also require the following information:

• Card number, expiry date, your name as it appears on the card, the CV2 number from the back of the card, the name of the issuing bank (e.g. NatWest).
• For Switch/Solo/Maestro cards, we will also require the start date and issue number (if applicable).

How to order by post

If you prefer, you can order by post and pay by cheque or postal order. Please send a list of the items you would like, or a print-out of the basket screen, along with:

• The address you want us to deliver the gift to
• The date you wish your gift to be delivered
• Your name, address (including post code) and phone number, so we can contact you in case there is a problem with your order

Does Big Fat Balloons have any shops?

Big Fat Balloons is an online retailer only, which means that we don't have any shops on the high street. This does have its advantages for our customers, some of which are listed below:
