Helium Cylinders Delivery

If your order includes one or more disposable helium canisters it will be delivered within one to two working days.

Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be delivered next working day. Delivery for orders placed after 3pm will take 2 working days.

Delivery for helium cylinders costs £3.59. All parcels will need to be signed for and full tracking information will be provided with your email confirmation.

Saturday Delivery Service to Businesses

Some businesses do not accept mail on a Saturday – this could include hospitals, hotels and restaurants – as they have a 'mail retention order' in place. This means Royal Mail holds onto all mail until the following Monday.

If you want to send our gifts to a business on a Saturday, we would advise that you check with the business concerned first. If a retention order is in place, we may be unable to deliver your parcel on a Saturday.

Please note that we only deliver balloons and gifts to UK addresses including England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey.

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed for Delivery

This is a one to three days parcel delivery service that provides proof of posting, signature on arrival and online confirmation of delivery.

Please note: with Recorded Delivery we cannot track your parcel while it is in transit - only when it has been delivered and signed for and we will not be able to refund postage costs for late delivery.

If you would like your gift to arrive on a specific date, please select Next Day Tracked Delivery or Guaranteed Special Delivery when you place your order.

Next Day Tracked Delivery

Next Day Tracked Delivery is a cost effective shipping option that enables you to choose your delivery date. Your package will be fully traceable online and the service provides a signature on delivery for complete peace of mind.

Your order will be sent the working day before your chosen delivery date.

Please note: Although the majority of orders arrive next day, this is not a guaranteed delivery service and we will not be able to refund postage costs for late delivery. Delivery might take longer to Jersey, Guernsey and remote areas of Scotland.

Royal Mail Guaranteed Special Delivery

We understand that your gift needs to get to the right person on the right date. This option guarantees delivery of your order to most UK addresses (including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey) by 1:00 pm on the date of your choice.

This service provides signature on delivery and online confirmation of delivery.

Your order will be sent the working day before your chosen delivery date.
